villain is 35/15 on a very small samplesize(65 hands). He open limps quite often, and i dont consider him to be that strong a player. The guy im 3betting is a regular, and probably 2+2.

I give it up. He called your 3-bet cold, so I doubt he's going anywhere, espcially on this flop.

I never trust donk bets like these. I raise small, to about $90, and expect to take it down. If not I'm done with the hand (except maybe when a non-heart 6 comes).

I just fold. He could have too wide a range of hands here to try to bluff-raise him. Does he have AA? AK? KhKx? QhQx? QhJh? 99? TT? AsJc? Who knows. You raise and he might call with the Kh or be too stubborn to fold top pair. It costs too much to find out.
