Golden palace cashout procedures

Hello I've got this quite simple question regarding Golden Palace Casino's withdraw policy. Do they require any sort of extra identification measures (eg driver's licence or something like that) when withdrawing?

For many people they do. For me they did not, but it seems like I may have been an exception for some reason.

Most of the time there it is a scan of your drivers license and a utility bill with your address on the top. Like DLK9s says occasionally you do not have to submit anything.

Assume that you will have to.

Yes, photo id and utility bill is required.
