I thinkg raise flop, fold/check turn, fold/bet river seems reasonable.

If you raise preflop (which you should when opening in 6-max, especially from the CO), this hand plays out totally differently. You may win the hand right there, or if called you probably get checked to on the flop, where you can c-bet and take it from there with a lot more info about the other players' holdings.
