Id probably check behind on turn as this probably isnt the guy to fire 2nd barrels. And if you must fire 2nd barrel you def gota fire more than you did. Id fold the river tho, all you do beat is a badly played K high.

You haven't hit anything on the turn yet and god only knows what the loose cannon has. Control the pot size and check. That way, if he bets small on the river, you can call.
