My response to FTP's Email about late checks

To whom it may concern,

The delayed check issuance is completely unacceptable and has caused me many problems, I feel that FTP owes all of the people that had to wait some reimburesement as FTP failed to keep us up to date with any problems with the processing and issuance of checks to its patrons. This is not the first time where there has been a problem with some manner of FTP's service and your company not releasing any information about it until it was solved. Perhaps Poker Stars is a better choice for online poker play as their check withdrawal feature takes only a matter of 3-5 days on average with no problems and especially no excuses on why it would take over a month to get a check. I am sure you will be hearing from many poker communities such as TwoPlusTwo, PocketFives, Neverwin Poker, etc.

I hope all of you write them emails about how upset you were over the length of time it took to get the checks and the lack of updates on the part of FTP.

Last time I wrote them an unhappy email they were basically like "sorry, tough [censored]" but I hope this works out for you, good luck

Gawsh, sure must be tough to try running a business where the US government is dead set against you, and makes processors skittish and reluctant do deal with you in case they get arrested....

With all the bajjillionz of bucks to be made in online poker, which is more likely: FT is too stupid to tell folks as soon as they have trouble with a processor... OR the processor didn't bother to tell FT about the fact that they were not sending out checks.... Seem to recall Starz having similar issues. Dammit, I am taking my business to PokerSpot unless FT and Starz quit their evil lying ways.. Or, move to Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina, Romania, Poland, Germany, Russia, Vietnam, Grenada, North Pole, etc. etc. etc. where people are truly free.

I think its counterproductive to try and squash anyone's enthusiasm about complaining on this issue. We should not tolerate being kept in the dark in regards to getting our money.

I got $50 the first time my check was delayed, but not the 2nd time the same check was delayed.

dunno i made a withdraw and got it about 10 days after even with everyone complaining
