This 40s chunky lady raises in EP, she plays too many hands preflop but has a solid PF range when she's raising. 3 bad passive players call in LP, the SB calls and I call in the BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

6 players to the flop for 12SBs

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB checks, I check, EP-lady bets, one LP calls, SB folds, and I call.

3 to the turn for 7.5 BBs
Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check, she bets, LP folds.

hey joe,

i would just check/call the turn and check/fold the river UI. your read makes her sound a bit loose passive and she bet into 5 players on the flop and 2 players on the turn. i think she is very rarely on just overcards.

I don't think she is folding to a checkraise. Just river the nuts and be a freak who once got busy in a burger king bathroom.

As an aside. Now that I have discovered your taste for a little beat I will have you know that Digital Underground swings by the belly up in Solana Beach and busts a bit of the old school from time to time. Now that you are a So Cal boy we might need to check it out.

I would c/r, your line looks a lot like how she would think you would play trips and being in the BB and calling for one bet gives you a lot of credibility.

Call. I would interpret her betting the turn 3-ways as "I don't have AK and I'm not folding."

credibility means diddly if she has an overpair. she's not folding. you can't win without hitting.

everthing is fine with previous streets. On the turn I like a raise here. You could easily push here off of a no pair type hand. The question is whether she can fold to a raise... if she has demonstrated that ability in the past--definitely raise.

Otherwise call until you make your hand and then bet... if she is the weak type to check the end with 10-10 or something. If the flush comes in then I would c/r

People fold so infrequently here I don't like raising. She could easily be suspicious and call you down with 88-TT.

I think the c/r would merely tickle her - she ain't folding.

Just call the turn and c/f UI. I don't see a LP betting into 5 players on this flop and 3 players on the turn w/o a piece or PP and you aren't getting her to fold w/ some silly c/r.
