zee justin thread and threats

for the second time I'm receiving legal threats from zee justin if a thread about him is not removed.

any reason not to remove him from the site?

Lots of people want him banned from the site for his cheating. So, you'll make quite a few people happy if you do ban him.

if you remove him from the site, are you going to ignore his legal threats?

he mostly posts well, is well spoken, and is obviously a good poker player.

it's not like he's not going to read here to see if he considers himself to be slandered or whatnot, and pm you to remove such posts.

i'm sure there must be more detail to his legal action threat, and it's either credible or not.

we didn't remove annie duke when someone else bashed her (truthfully or not), why should we start removing other "name pros" when they get bashed and want to see it gone?

we would remove threads about brandi, no? and she like, sucks.

I'm banning him and his supposed lawyer. Future legal threats from him will be turned over to our attorney.

He will judge their credibility.

As far as others requesting that posts be removed, it happens and is granted often.

Posters who have their legal counsel contact me with threat of legal action are routinely banned.(It's only happened a few times)

I just figured I'd post in this case to see if anyone here thought an exception should be made.

Neither Brandi, nor Annie Duke have ever felt the need to bring lawyers into the equation.

Mat,

I have always represented myself in legal proceedings. Do I get any leeway? FWIW I support the zeejustin ban for legal threats. I would also support a second chance if he apologized and would refrain from these threats in the future. He is one of the better poker players in the world and at 20 years old (or 21?) probably has a lot of growing up to do.
