What is the best way (I am not interested but still curious FWIW) on delving into a career in sports betting or "handicapping"?
How do these guys make a name for themselves? Is there an entry level here? Do they start in sports research positions (do they even have these?)? Are there positions that gather stats that give ATS info, etc. for teams or do these guys do it for themselves? A lot of questions here...any answered would be appreciated. |

Most touts (aka 'handicappers that sell their picks') suck and are full of [censored], if that's what you're asking.

Key is not to be good at betting sports but good at building a convincing sales pitch on your website as well as having good business acumen in terms of retaining customers despite having no actual edge on your picks.
