Default Be a hero?

Not sure why I'm posting this as I know everyone is gonna say "easy fold." This hand is vs redgrape. A 2p2er and strong TAG. I believe that my hand is incredibly transparent as AK. Although I missed it at the time, redgrape even said in the chat "you have AK." I mean I just don't see anything I play like this besides AK. On the river he bet 2x the pot, he's either doing this because he knows I can't call that, or he wants me to think that he is trying to push me off, and convince me to call with a weak hand. The river decision is probably just a "he knows i know he knows.." situation. I'm probably getting too deep into this, but whatever.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG ($491)
MP ($78)
Hero ($738)
Button ($187)
SB ($202)
BB ($368.35)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $8</font>, MP calls $8, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $36</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $28, MP folds.

Flop: ($83) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($83) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero checks.

River: ($83) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $160</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $243

So ya, I did fold, but I did actually think about it for a bit.

Interesting. I don't like the way you played it preflop or on the flop but interesting setup from the paragraph above. Yes you must fold.

I don't like the call since your hand is so transparent and he can bluff you here with close to perfect frequency to make hero calls here unprofitable. Just muck.

When I do this it's with the intent of getting the opponent to fold because I know he has a weak hand.

That said the fact that he said "you have AK" in the chat makes this a fold. People don't like to [censored] around with chatting when they are bluffing, only when they want a call.

He posts here so maybe he will chime in.

I haven't played much against him, but when I have he has played a very TAG game. Rarely gets out of line and doesn't ever spew. I think this is a fold.

I think it's a fold if you merely look at preflop. I don't think he is raising UTG and calling a large reraise without a pair, and maybe AQs. You are way to deep for him c/r AI bluff if he puts you on a squeeze and any other hand has terrible reverse implied odds OOP this deep.

Yeah I think he almost always has a pair of somekind when he flat calls the reraise preflop.
