Default JJ oop in rr pot c/r flop?

This is probably real easy but I'm still unsure. Villian is 20/9/1.5 over just 40 hands. First time I've played him. Recently stacked his AA with 66 in blind battle when I raised and he rr to like 34 or something. I hit a set and thats that for history. Doesn't seem to get to out of line but not much in the way of reads. I felt I had to either c/r or lead this flop. I went with c/rai. Is leading better? If I get raised can I dump it easy enough? thanks again and sorry if this is super standard.

imo, alotta times the small flop bet in ur situation of a reraise cold called preflop, represents a set. u only beat 99 and 10 10 and maybe he'll have A8.

If he's retarded (which he's not given description). Also calling here PF doesn't suck, you can lead flop or C/C and C/C again on turn and see what happens on river. CRAI sucks here, just lead for like $75 and fold if raised on flop. Turn probably becomes C/F as a second barrell is gonna commit you given pot size. . .

This could be okay if he were more agro, but why would you try this play if he's so passive?

I don't know why, just a bad play really. Worst hand I played all day. I think preflop was fine, its a good spot to squeeze and I have a good hand. But yeah I agree crai sucks here, just seemed so awkward and c/c seemed so weak. I think bet/fold to a raise is best vs this villian. still kicking myself for this one. thanks again.

C/r looks a *lot* better if the board is low and drawy, say 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2:spade.

Who likes a call preflop though? Notice UTG is pretty tight/passive and probably raises pretty tight UTG.

I like calling preflop here, but raising is probably ok. I like bet/folding the flop against this guy. C/Ring is just gross.
