Default 5/10 NL live tough decisions with bottom set

The game is 5/10 NL at Foxwoods with effective stacks 2000. One limper and villain raises to 35 from MP. Button calls, I call from BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], and limper calls. Villain is a loose and passive player who occasionally does something tricky but is generally not very good.

Flop is 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I check (had a strong feeling somebody was going to bet), villain bets 100, and I raise to 350 (everyone else folds). Villain calls. He could have a pretty wide range of hands here.

The turn is K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I check. I don't think I should bet here because it wouldn't really be a bluff or a value bet, but I'm not sure. Villain checks behind, which means he probably doesn't have the flush.

River is 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Board is scary but I am pretty sure my hand is good here. I bet 300, hoping to get a crying call from something. Should I just check here because there is pretty much no hand that I beat that can call me? On the other hand, since I probably have the best hand, this bet could have almost the same EV as checking and planning to call a bigger bet if he makes it. I guess check-fold is also an option.
