3betting history of villain = ?

He seems really tight, so I think you are a coinflop or way behind most of the time and way ahead sometimes. You also are oop which makes this spot even worse. Therefore I don't think folding isn't bad. If he's 3-betting a bit lighter you should 4-bet to something like $220.

Fold because he's 12.5. If he was 12.8, you could re-raise.

Seriously, why would you have decimal places on any stat? The only stats where tenths could possibly matter would be street-based C/R and cold-call preflop, and neither of those converge quickly enough to trust to a tenth unless you have tens of thousands on hands on a person.
