Default Another AA screw-up?

Okay. Sorry to keep asking questions about AA, but I seem to be losing with this hand (go figure).

SB is tight-passive. BB is tight-aggressive.

I'm UTG+2 with AsAc. Two folds in front of me. I raise. SB calls. BB calls.

Flop: 2h 3h Qs

SB bets. BB raises. I reraise. SB folds. BB calls.

Turn: 2h 3h Qs 6s

BB checks. I bet. BB raises. I reraise. BB caps. I call.

River: 2h 3h Qs 6s Qh

BB bets. I call.

BB opens Qd6d for the full house.

I'm thinking it was probably incorrect to reraise the turn. Was betting correct?

in general when you get checkraised on the turn one pair (overpair or tptk or whatever) isn't going to be good all that much. just call down from that point on.

No, you can't. The Q actually improved Hero's hand to aces over queens, which now beats hands that BB could have had (and played that way) such as 32, 62, and 63.

But to the OP, yes, reraising the turn was spewing. You told the other guy on the flop that you have at least TPTK, and he's saying that he can beat that by check/raising.

I don't like folding the river here for 1 bet. Getting check raised on the turn is bad news, i'd call down from here.

yeah what they said

esp since u showed so much strength on the flop cold 3betting, no way I even think about putting another raise in. Its not like u just bet the flop then got cr'd on this board (that u mite be able to find a 3bet if he takes that line with lots of TPGK hands, but a lot of people dont). Even then just calling down can often still be best, esp here when the turn complete a straight and 54 has 16 combos. I mite 3bet the double fd board if the turn was a 7-J or whatever that put a bdfd out.

betting the turn is still obviously correct and we couldnt even fold QJ to his turn cr on this double fd board. In many online games itd be standard to bet and calldown with 77-JJ on this board if u had just cb'd the flop and BB ck called.

Seems like the turn is where you are kind of not sure what to do or not sure as to what you should have done in these big pair hands. Compare some these AA hands side by side to yourself adn the theme seems to be your turn play.

Also try not posting results in your OP or wait till a lot have replied if you want to post results. It can alter some of the replies after some have seen your results before they offer opinions on your play.
