Re: KK early stages
Minreraise is telegraphing a big hand. It might be AA, but if you're in an AA/KK spot, that's just the way the cookie crumbles. You're miles ahead of any range that includes more than QQ+, and he's not laying his hand down after this raise.

Re: KK early stages
to make sure i want to get more money and not to let him fold if i move in preflop:
Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Hero raises to t200, MP1 calls t200, 1 fold, MP3 raises to t350, 4 folds, Hero raises to t1250, MP1 folds, MP3 calls t900. Flop: (t2775) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets t1985 (All-In), MP3 calls t1985. Turn: (t6745) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in) River: (t6745) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in) Final Pot: t6745 MP3 shows [9h 9c] (three of a kind, Nines) MP3 collected 6745 from pot im still not sure if this was the correct play or not, but i think if i move in preflop he will fold his 99 please more comments on this hand |

Re: KK early stages
If he calls for 1/3 of his stack with 99 he is probably willing to go all the way with it. I'm sure he'll say "I put you on AK."

Re: KK early stages
I think the key here is the size of the guys bet. He's saying that he loves his hand. I think we push because he's calling alot, and there's a lot of cards which could kill your action. AKQJ

Re: KK early stages
I would have just 4bet to like 1100 or something and obv (lol) called a shove. I don't really like shoving 3300 at 350 with KK, it's just too strong. I think you played the hand fine.
