Default Best high priced place to stay in Vegas

I'm organising a trip to Vegas for 12 of us going next April for a week. I'm the only one whos been before but I have only stayed at the Luxor. We have about 1k each to spend on rooms.
Whats best 4 in a room, 2 in a room, 4 in a room but only booking for 2 or 3? can you do this?
I don't know weather to book O.K. rooms at Wynn, Bellagio or the Venetian or the better rooms somewhere like TI or Monte Carlo.

Any advice appreciated.

$12k for the week to spend on rooms for 12 people. If people are willing for 3/room, $3k for the week can buy a nice room, depending on specials and timing. Even at 4/room, you can probably get a huge suite for $4k/week.

I have no first hand knowledge of this, just speculation.

Stayed at Venetian recently with 5 people and got the Rialto suite...two queens and pullout sofa. Room was amazing as was the service. I think the rates are $469 night.

I stayed @ Caesers Palace last March and it was top notch. I have a Total Rewards Card, and got a break on the price. If you all use a players card whenever you gamble, you should get a substantial break with 3 to a room.

I have stayed @ Caesers, Harrahs 2xs, Flamingo, Stratoshphere, Luxor, and Excalibur...and Caersers was above and beyond the nicest of them

If I could stay anywhere, based on my preference of casino, location and overall property...I'd pick The Mirage

I've noticed the prices harly change when you look at 2 or 4 to a room. Is the 4 person room exactly the same with an extra bed?
Priorities are:
Strip view
Bar
Jaccuzi

I've stayed at every hotel on the strip (except for THE HOTEL at Mandalay Bay, Westward Ho and the Wynn) and the Venetian is as nice as it gets. I don't think they have a 4 person room. All the rooms are based on double occupancy, but you could fit 4 in there easily. I don't recall seeing a jaccuzi in the room, however
