Default Stack & Tilt pt. 2

Part 2 is in the Sept issue of Golf Digest for those who aren't aware. While I don't adhere to stack-and-tilt 100% myself, keeping my weight on the front side and keeping my spine centered on the ball has immensely improved my ball striking. But I don't consciously tilt towards the target like the method suggests.

ugh. i know this method has gained some acclaim, and even helped some tour players make a lot of money, even win, but it makes me cringe reading about their techniques. guess i'm too old school(even though i'm only 22)

Just like anything in golf, there are certain aspects of the Stack and Tilt that benefit certain players. It is absolutely not for everybody, I think it is for very few. But certain elements of it are just fine. 99% of the readers that try it: A) Won't do it correctly, and B) Won't realize that it is not designed for them.
