Bodog verification form - fax?

In order to cash out from Bodog they want a form saying I'm not going to charge back to my card, about 15 sorts of ID, a rubbing of my credit card (?) and so on. So far, so standard (if more than most places).

However, they will apparently only accept this via fax, not emailed scans, allegedly for 'security'. Given that this involves sending a huge multi page fax to an international number (I'm not in the States), this is going to cost lots of money (for me...). I'm therefore not particularly happy about this, given it seems to be them justing making life as difficult as possible for no good reason.
I've asked about sending scans and have received contradictory answers from their CS. Has anyone here had any luck in this area?

How about scanning it, saving the scans as .doc/.pdf and then sending it via one of the free online faxing services?

hey svaroq. Can you explain how to do that free online faxing services? I have to do this myself but don't have a fax machine but have a scanner and want to do this. Tyvm.

Something like http://www.efax.com should work costs $17 to signup at that particular site though.

Here's a free option - faxzero.com

There are several other sites that come up if you Google for "free fax", but this was the one I saw reviews for.

hey thanks. I checked it and it looks simple. So all i have to do is scan the images using my scanner and then just upload it to fax?

note, i never faxed before.

If you are a US player the fax # is toll free. I had to do this and have had no problems beyond the current waiting period to get paid. Bodog is a straight up site.

hey do i need to actually print the forms to do this? I don't have a printer with ink on me.
