200nl: KK in 4bet pot preflop

guy who 4-bet was 23/8 with a 1.00 af. i really hate this spot because he's passive enough that he has AA here a ton, but then again I did 3-bet a minraise so it could be a squeeze.

does the fact that it could be a squeeze make this an insta-shove?

If you think it is anything beyond AA/KK/AK it is an insta shove and that would be the case if he can steal from a squeezer. I would insta shove even if his range was only KK+ and AK. I cannot fold KK preflop. I guess it could be a leak, but I'm sure i have others that are bigger.
