whats age req for online poker in the USA??? 18 or 21???

It would depend on the individual site. The U.S. Government considers all online poker illegal, so there is no "legal age".

Yep. PokerStars, Full Tilt, and Absolute all set the minimum at 18 (as do most sites, I believe). However all also add some version of that qualifier that forbids "individuals connecting to the Site from jurisdictions from which it is illegal to do so." (That from PokerStars' Terms & Conditions.)
