Sure my hand looks weak but UTG is showing a lot of strength. That said I can't see folding here can you? |

Re: confusing spot with QQ
When SB coldcalls both raises, I typically expect him to have a small/medium PP hoping to flop a set. Sometimes he'll have 1010 or JJ here, but I dont think he'll be brave enough to c/r you both on this flop. Then he check raises both of you in a 3bet pot. I dont think you're ever really going to be ahead here often enough to commit more chips to the hand. Id gladly fold it and make a note that he's a set miner.

Re: confusing spot with QQ
[ QUOTE ]
should i have raised UTG half pot lead? [/ QUOTE ] Im probably calling UTG's weak flop bet. I can't see him donking this flop with just two overs here, so I have to think he at least has an overpair. If he has something like 1010/JJ you'll probably get more money out of him on later streets by not raising the flop barring an A, or K hitting later on. Now if he has AA, KK you might be able to get to showdown cheaply if he's going to continue to donk bet to the river. |

Re: confusing spot with QQ
That flatcall on flop [censored] this whole hand up for you. I'm not folding. He could easily see this as a good spot to bluff.

Re: confusing spot with QQ
I would raise the flop bet all day. UTG is obviously a donk and you are almost always ahead of him imo.

Re: confusing spot with QQ
so raise UTG lead to $40 and call a push would have been the ideal line?

Re: confusing spot with QQ
If you raise the donkbet to 40 and Sb comes over the top your behind ..if he smooths and check.. cehck back and VB river,,,smooths and donks trn ur behind...unless you know that he never could have JJ here.. but i think heŽll 4b that pre OOP and all

Re: confusing spot with QQ
I fold now, but raise UTG's bet for value.
