When you flatcall preflop here and end up in a 5 way pot you're looking to hit a set or you're done. But the flop now couldnt have been worse for you - anyone playing high cards got a piece of it.
Also when the action gets to you, there's two active players behind you. Even if you think MP1 is bluffing, either blinds could be slowplaying their flopped boat. instamuck. |

With no idea about original raisers PFR range, I'm not a huge fan of a preflop push. Unless proven otherwise, assuming he indeed is a nit can save you many chips - especially since its early on the final table.

As close as these stacks are I would push this preflop - as played flop is an easy easy fold
