i assume you're not folding anyway if he'd bet, so it's fine. Might get a call from a med pp, that would check behind, now and then.

seems more like a bluff. Seems ok as a bluff.

Pretty hard for him to call turn+river without a straight, or at least a set.

Mmmh...56 maybe. He might decide to bluff with hearts, 78.
Not much actually...the only other hand i see him play like that might be a set (even that he'd probably raise earlier).
All in all, i couldnt fold river if he shoves. (would you?)
Thus i still like leading to sometimes get value from his imo most likely holding: a med. pp.
