Default Forearms

So after 10+ years of intensive toning of the forearms at home, I have little T-Rex twigs. I show definition, but I have no bulk.

Are you guys aware of any workouts that target the forearms primarily?

If so, please advise.

Heavy cheated hammer curls, reverse preacher curls, behind the back wrist curls, heavy DB/BB holds for time. All variations of hammer/reverse curls and some wrist work out to do the trick.

Use those larger barbells when doing stuff. Will make it harder to hold onto.

OP,

Remember the three 'I's of a great, strong, and athletic physique: Isolation, Isolation, and Intense Isolation.

You can also try Electricalmyostimulation. EMS gadgets (the ones you see on late-night-TV) can be placed on your forearms, and soon they'll be HYOOJ.

Jah's advice about hammer curls is BS. Those engage way more muscles than you need to.

As for "toning the forearms" look at the seminal work in Xylem's thread "Is this enough?"
