I mean you have outs but when an 18\15 calls a 3-bet OOP I tread very carefully and expect to be check raised a lot

I think this comes down to how light he can be making this play (obv), and so I think this is all reads. My first instinct is check behind though because if hes tilting hes not folding an overpair or AK.

I simply think there is a relatively significant chance he has air/flush draw 15-20% of the time maybe.

You think sn 18/15 calls hands like JTss, AJss etc OOP to a 3bet preflop often? Also the combos of pairs and AK&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;the combos of flush draws and air.
