Villain is like 35/24 and aggro and SD prone. Fold preflop?
How's the river play?

Anyone take a different line in the hand from the flop onward?

even against this idiot I would fold PF.

wackjob, You need to stop assuming that this = idiot.

donger, I'd say pf is borderline. I probably pitch it but calling is probably OK too. If he's monkey aggro (i.e. the kind of guy that 3-barrels A high), a calldown is fine. Otherwise your line looks good.

Villain doesn't sound like an idiot to me. I'd fold preflop but call if he raised a bit later or if my hand were Q9o or suited.

I think you see QT, AJ quite often on this river, call some of these seemingly random river raises, but folding this one is fine.

Rest of hand is perfect.

I think a preflop call is pretty standard here against this type. In my experience, you tend to have huge implied odds against 35/25/2.5 type players. They will 3-barrel bluff pretty often, and often auto 3-bet a flop checkraise regardless of their hand and the board. I guess it probably depends on your image/recent history with them, but these types will play big pots with hands that can't beat top pair fairly often.

I don't like your postflop play. There are lots of lines you can take. What do you think is going to call you on the river?? I guess if he calls with JJ and such, sure, but will he?? I'd prefer a c/c or c/f.
