Re: Aces hand
Ace I see you making these huge AAxx raises preflop, is that normal. I play alot of omaha but just started playing daily online is it profitable to be raising that much with AA thats what I would question most in your last two posts.

(btw if it's (a) then do please just spit it out). Personally, the whole "reads-based" answers I see all the time are annoying. Forgive me if 99% of my PLO100 and PLO200 opponents have a turnover rate of 80% and I barely ever see any opponent for more than 200 hands. You're telling me for all these posts, there aren't ANY "default" plays, or variants of them, for situations without reads? There aren't ANY general principles to use? Really? Yes, I've read the stickied posts. They aren't very helpful in readless situations. |

Re: Aces hand
Play more hands, read more books, post more, play another 50K hands, think about things for yourself, -->> AAxx becomes most profitable hand in omaha by a long long way.

[/ QUOTE ] much more b) than a), but it's mostly that AA will often land you in some very close situations that turn on nuances that aren't easy to analyze in a forum, disconnected from the game. |

Re: Aces hand
Does anyone know of a study by Caro or anyone else that might prove AA is the most profitable hand?
As I wrote this post I had AA twice and 5x my money maybe its a sign. |
