I think it is a pretty standard fold. He has either a set or 2p IMO. You could probably check behind the turn for pot control however.

Don't check behind this turn. There's straights and flush draws on the board, you need to bet it out. But yes, fold to this. At the VERY least he has AK, but much more likely he has a set or 2pair.

This is all assuming he's not straight psycho, which you should assume unless you have evidence otherwise. Also, you don't have TPTK, you have TP2K.
