I'd probably raise more PF (t80) but generally like your line on every street. BB probably would have re-raised the river but the Q saved you as it might have counterfeited his 2 pair.

At this point in the tourney your raise is too small to get any respect. I like 100 to go and I then pot it on the flop. If he is still there slowing down is fine. Yes - you are lucky to loose only what you did. I would have forced him to take more of my money. Add "Super Passive" to your notes.
