Anyone interested? I know Aaron W and OragamiSensei both live around here; not sure if you guys are still around for the holidays.

I am in Poway right now, and usually go to Barona, but i'm open to checking out other rooms in the area (Oceans, Pechanga, Harrahs).

I'm actually too busto to afford 3/6, but i play it anyway. Bigger games don't work for me.

I was thinking maybe Friday evening, though i will be playing some other nights this week as well.

bizumping this thread with a hand from tonight:

hero raises AJ[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the button. 6-handed to the flop for 11 bets (because they rake the $4 right away, bitches!)

Flop is 9 7 4 with 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]s and BB donks. 3 callers and Hero calls closing the action.

Turn is another 9 and BB leads again. 3 callers and Hero calls closing the action and getting 12:1.

River is a J and now BB checks. Everyone else checks, so Hero value bets. BB calls and shows AA.

Tyler, just saw this now, didn't see it earlier.

Oceans is my "home" club since it's only about a 15 minute drive but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it there on Friday or not. My brother-in-law is coming in with his family on Thursday evening and I have a feeling we'll be doing family events. However, if I could slip away a little later in the evening I wouldn't mind a little 3/6 limit action.

Actually, come to think of it I might be able to play tomorrow night. I'll have to check and see if there are any schedule conflicts.

As for the busto part if you can come up with $100 you can easily play 3/6 at Oceans - only the nits ever buy in for more than that anyway. The game is nice and soft - someone less bad at teh pokering than me should be able to make a tidy profit.

I'll be getting back into town on Friday and my parents will probably hang out with me for the day. It might happen if spills into next week sometime, but I can't commit to anything yet.
