Default Another AA hand against loose player

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

Hero ($50)
CO ($56.55)
Button ($80.80)
SB ($20.95)
BB ($27.10)
UTG ($65.65)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $1, Hero raises to $4.5, 4 folds, UTG calls $3.50.

Flop: ($9.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $7, UTG calls $7.

Turn: ($23.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $38.5 (All-In)

Figured any decent bet will commit me anyway and I'd rather not have him draw to a flush. Also it seems quite certain that he has an overpair. The guy's 45/15/2 (Mostly minraies pf). Only hand I'm worried about is AdKd.

Should I bet less or is this fine? I figured to get call from KK/QQ/JJ/TT

This depends on the villain. If you think he'll call this is fine. Allthough I'd rather do this with the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in my hand.

if you bet 1/2 pot on turn you, you'll deny odds for draws, which could lead to a profitable bluff inducement on river (assuming you're not dead already). why push? are you trying to get it in before a scare card comes on the the river that would kill your action?

I dont think you get calls from TT or JJ here. Maybe QQ/KK w/ a D.

I dont know why you have him on an overpair? You say he is loose, and he has odds to call pf with a small pair, and will probably be sticking around with alot of hands that he decided to raise with.

I would pot this flop.

I prob just do a $15 bet, if you are planning to get it AI anyway, and he c/r, well, you at least gave some random hands that you beat some leeway to c/r bluff you, or some worse hands to call.

one other thing, what kind of hand doesn't raise a two diamond flop bet? my guess, a flush draw*

* this is assuming rational opponents who protect their hands on the flop. of course, many times, i've bet a drawy flop and my opponent has simply called, even though he had a made hand, which made no sense to me, and so, consequently, i would assume they were on a busted draw on the river and i went broke

So say, I bet $15. And he reraises all-in for $24 more. Do I call? Which hands would he do this with. I figured he's on an overpair because he bet and called reraise preflop. Perhaps I should've made the reraise more of an overbet preflop - something like $7 or so, as if the original bet would've been a standard raise. I don't know if it has merits to it, but this villain could've called it maybe.

i check that turn alot because he played the flop like a draw. that said, if u want to bet, then bet 12 and fold to reraise.

As for preflop, why do you want to overbet? I mean, if he will an overbet, sure. But I don't why else you would want to.

Vam, if you are going to push here, trying to get it AI, it has got to be better if villain c/r a small bet from you, which lets him possibly try to bluff.

If he calls, you know you are toasted sir.

If you dont want to stack off here, check.
Protecting stack > protecting hand.
