PayTru card
Just wondering about withdrawing money on the PayTru card, I know the card is base in Antigua, you give your soc number and what not but do they report you withdrawls? How does claiming the winnings go, do you have to? What if you are in a state that online poker is illegal all together? I know dposits back to cards is not permitted to US issued Visas this card being from Antigua makes it ok, so can the gov do anything about these withdrawls?
