Default top two, ultradrawy boards, loose villain

Villain is 42/14/1 after 40 hands. No other reads, sry.

Party Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (CO): $187
BTN: $132
SB: $103.81
BB: $197
UTG: $223.20
MP: $229.55

Pre-Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG calls $2, MP calls $2, <font color="red">Hero raises to $11</font>, 3 folds, UTG calls $9, MP folds

I sometimes overlimp 2 but raised now, overlimping better?

Flop: ($27) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $25</font>, UTG calls $25

Turn: ($77) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $75</font>, UTG calls $75

The question is: do I bet the turn or not? Am I committed like the new bible PNL always advices us to ask?

River: ($227) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $112.20 and is All-In</font>, Hero folds

Results: $227 Pot
UTG mucked and WON $336.20 (+$225.20 NET)

wp on all streets imo. I think raising is better than overlimping pre, definitely bet the turn, and your bet-sizing looks fine.
