Gladiator Challenge sit-go promo on Caesar

Should I ban him? He posted this in IB after spamming the zoo in the last day or two. It looks like MH already warned him. I hate to ban a rep but it looks like he just wants to spam us.

He has four posts and all are his sites spam. My vote would be to give him a few days off with 'a final warning'. My thinking is they are allowed one announcement type post for new sites. After that they should only answer questions pertaining to the site. It is also nice if they try to contribute in other areas and even nicer if they take out an ad.
