Default public service announcement re:angleshooting

if youre in a game, disregard anything that’s said anyplace else that you may regard as “wolfy” or “villagery”. if you cant ignore it, then use that info at your own risk. you cant get tricked if you don’t try to use that apparent “information” as a slight advantage for yourself.

ADDENDUM: Don't post anything outside the game relating to the game that other people can't ignore, otherwise you're an angleshooting [censored], cheating at an internet text game.

Expecting people to ignore a hint that you have provided, is an absurd expectation. In courts they have mistrials for that sort of thing.

The human mind doesn't work that way.

The initial crime is the greatest, always. Just don't do it, and you don't have to worry about people using outside information.

[/ QUOTE ]Nobody's blaming you for saying you may need a sub. It's the other commentary that people are complaining about.
