Regarding the hand:

Don't open KTs in early pos unless you are very comfortable playing it postflop. You have to call the min-3bet.

Since the 3-bettor checks I think you have to bet the flop 'cause you don't want to give a free card to two opponents. If SB shows any aggression though you have to fold. People love 3-betting big hands and then slowplaying them when they hit.

Rest doesn't matter because SB folded and other villain is a lolshortstacker. If he called with a FD then whatever, he wasn't folding.

Nah, I assumed you were MP in a 6-handed game. Opening KTs in CO is probably fine but you really don't like getting cold-called by the button. Flopping a K with KTs and being oop isn't a good spot to be in.
