I like a raise if he's straightforward (guessing he is w/ those stats) since it'll help define his hand. If he's tricky (aka he would just call here w/ the big 2 looking to get jiggy later on) then calling probably is a good play IMO.
Edit: 3x his raise sounds good if you're raising. |

I raise to $10 against both, for value against the unknown and b/c it makes your hand easier to play by putting in a little money early against the 15/5 guy. You actually have decent fold equity preflop against the 15/5 from my experience.
