Default gaining weight

im 6,3 about 170. Im trying to get around 205-210. I know this will take along time especially if i want to put it on in pure muscle mass but ive been eating properly and working out 5~6 times a week and last month ive put on about 3 pounds. Can someone please give me a solid meal plan that i could use to help put on the proper weight.

How old are you? I'm having some trouble deciphering exactly what you mean, are you saying that you put on 3 pounds in a month? That's not good enough for you? If half of it is muscle, that's pretty good for a month.

Heres your solid meal plan that worked for me and took me from 175 to 200 and probably higher:

Drink at least a 12 pack a day

Eat only burritos and hamburgers, maybe the occasional cheese steak

The best part about this diet is that its fun too

This I think is a decent diet. This is what I use. I am about 5'11 and about 205 and pretty lean. I just bought the book Enter the Zone by Barry Sears and have followed it fairly closely for awhile with good results and I cheat alot.

Zone Diet

Also, I assume you are lifting weights 5 or 6 days a weak which to me is alot. I am guessing you do a "bodybuilding" type workout that is found in magazines and I think that is less than optimal for gaining size. I lift two or three days a week max and do some submission grappling for cardio.

You want to do a workout similar to what athletes like football players and wrestlers do that is what makes you big and strong. Real squats, power cleans, deadlifts, pullups, dips things like this are much better than bicep curls. I cant even remember the last time I did a bicep curl or a tricep pushdown.

This book might help but not 100% sure Do a football players off season workout and it is pretty tough not to get bigger.

Also, there is alot of good stuff on this website crossfit.com

I will try to get you some better links when I have a little more time.

Also, gaining 3 pounds in a month is pretty good.

PM if you want might take me awhile but I will get back to you. Where you train BBJ?

As soon as I quit doing a "bodybuilding" work out I got much bigger and stronger. I think a bodybuilding work out is fine as long as you are taking the same amount of steriods they are but if you are not I think is way to much.
