Default 7-Card Stud low limit starting hands for 3-4 callers

Should you change your starting hand consideration when your are at a table where there is normaly 3 or 4 callers to 7th street, and raising will not normaly get them to fold.

Play 3-flushes and 3-straights and generally fold 4th street if you don't improve. Generally limp behind with something like QsJs9d, fairly live, but fold if you don't improve. Don't bother with small pairs without high live kickers. Play big pairs strongly on 3rd and 4th street, but maybe slow down or fold later based on the situation.

Read 7CS4AP loose games section. They advocate not hammering away early with big pairs, rather suggesting that you should try for a raise or check-raise on 5th if your pair still looks good in order to make the draws face a double bet in a small pot. If other boards get scary and you dont improve, then you can dump your hand cheaply.

Drawing hands go up in value compared to big pairs as well. As far as medium pairs, i think their advice is something along the lines of dont play 949 rainbow, but play 989 if you have a 2 flush, otherwise only play if you have a big kicker...this recognizes that in a multiway pot, you need a draw to be profitable.
