Default You sit OTB and the blinds are shortstacked

You sit OTB and the blinds are shortstacked. You have them covered.

How much shortstacked should they be for you to change your steal range?
Does some of the holecards become better and some holecards worse in your steal range?
Do you get tighter when the blinds are shortstacked?

If so:

One loose blind have 20BB's.
1a. What hands do you raise 100% of the time?
1b. What hands do you raise 75% of the time?
1c. What hands do you raise 50% of the time?

Two loose blinds have 20BB's.
2a. What hands do you raise 100% of the time?
2b. What hands do you raise 75% of the time?
2c. What hands do you raise 50% of the time?

One tight blind have 20BB's.
3a. What hands do you raise 100% of the time?
3b. What hands do you raise 75% of the time?
3c. What hands do you raise 50% of the time?

One loose blind have 40BB's.
4a. What hands do you raise 100% of the time?
4b. What hands do you raise 75% of the time?
4c. What hands do you raise 50% of the time?

Just tighten up and only raise hands that do well all-in against a random hand.. broadways, aces, pairs.

What if you are in MP, and there's a SLAG with 33BB in the CO, and there's a LAGtard with 61BB on the button, and there's a mouse with 26.5BB in the SB, and the BB is unknown with 38BB?

Huh? What then?

I know the suited connectors and small pocket pairs loose value against shortstacks, is there any cards which become more strong against shortstacks?
