Default Thursday/Friday NCAA games

Lines are out on Sportsbook, I'm assuming many other places as well:

Memphis -2.5 v. TAMU
OSU -4 v. Tennessee
Kansas -9 v. SIU
UCLA -3 v. Pitt

GTown -7.5 v. Vandy
UNC -8.5 v. USC
Oregon -2 v. UNLV
Florida -10.5 v. Butler

I think I love Oregon, OSU, and Memphis. I'm leaning towards the UNC line too but USC has cost me sooooo much $$$ in the last month it's sick.

I'm with you on the Oregon-2 for sure. Tennessee is fairly decent at defending the 3, which is one of OSU's biggest offensive weapons. Also, they played back in mid-January and OSU only won by two. I think I'm taking OSU-4 as well, but I'm not too confident about it.

Pardon my error in the OP, it's actually Memphis +2.5, not -2.5. Definitely like Memphis as the dog there.

I'm an A&M homer so I'm not able to give any kind of unbiased view on this, but I would keep in mind that the game is in San Antonio and less than a 2 hr drive from the A&M campus. I would imagine there would be 15-20k Aggie fans there (much like Louisville for the games at Rupp) and the crowd should be much more hostile than most away games Memphis plays.

I really think A&M wins, and I cant go against my bracket, and since I just realized its about a hour away from college station/brian, I got to go with a&m now.. Thanks for bringing that up.

Only bet I've made so far is the OSU/Tenn under 143.5. They cleared this under by 10 in the reg season and I just can't see Tenn putting up 70 against OSU (or OSU putting up 70 against Tenn for that matter).

Haven't made any bets yet, as I doubt that Bodog even has lines up, but I really like Oregon a lot at that price. They've been shooting the ball ridiculously well ever since the start of the Pac-Ten tournament winning every game by double digits. You just can't shut down their offense. The only way their beatable is if you just outscore them and UNLV doesn't have the horses for that offensively. In fact, the Rebs really shouldn't even be in the Sweet 16, they just took advantage of uncharacteristic performances from Georgia Tech and Wisconsin.

Also leaning toward SIU, Pitt, Georgetown, and UNC, but I'll have to look into them a little closer before betting. Quick explanations in order:
SIU- too many points against a good defensive team
Pitt- matchups all work in their favor
Georgetown- general talent disparity, Vandy's hella overrated and only made it through due to a weak draw
UNC- Carolina's just too good to only get single digits against a team outside the Top 25.

A&M + 2.5. AM is playing in Texas and getting points.
Butler 1st half whatever it is should be good value. Florida starts slow and there is good chance they will coast early against Butler.

A&M -2.5 is probably right.
