scammed on stars

If someone scammed me on stars can stars security tell me all the accounts related to the person that scammed me?

like if i think its a real life friend?


For example if I send money to account "lolhi"

and I contact support and tell them what happend will they tell me "lolhi" has relation to other accounts from the same computer or ip and those accounts are "player1" "2" and so on...

or do they say this is personal info and we cannot give out "lolhi" details?

this player has more then 1 account on stars

if I email stars will they tell me all the accounts that are linked to the person who scammed me?

They will give out no personal information, whatsoever.

I asked them recently if both parties to a p2p transfer gave them written permission to give me their names and addresses, so that I could hold the information until the transaction had completed, and even with such permission they would not give out this type of information.

like if they said we found mike haven to have scammed you we have locked his account and all account he was associated with
