$5.5 SNG KJs MP
This was the 2nd hand of the tournament so no reads, and I know that some may think KJs is a little bit loose, but I decided to play it this hand.
On the flop it is checked to me with TP decent kicker. There was no PFR so I cant think there is an AK, might need to think KQ but I need to bet to find out. I think I am good here so far. I dont think that 5 helped anyone on the turn so when checked to me I bet. This 5 could provide a flush draw but they wont have correct odds to call. Well anyone on the Flush Draw hit on the river, but I bet here and see if I am RR. Should I have bet more here on the river? Did I play this standard?? No Limit Holdem SNG Blinds: $10./$20. 10 players Converter Pre-flop: (10 players) HERO is MP2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG calls, 3 folds, HERO calls, MP3 calls, CO folds, Button calls, SB calls, BB checks. Re: $5.5 SNG KJs MP
What you do there is a blocking bet ... you can do this, then fold to a raise.
What you think about C/C(a "small to medium bet") |

Re: $5.5 SNG KJs MP
Welcome ot the mythology.
Honestly i don`t think you played this hand pretty well. 1)First of all, folding PF is never bad, exspecially if you are not sure how to handle these situations (river, turn) 2)You have to bet 120 on the flop. Pls don`t make these weak bets. 3)Bet more on the turn. You can`t make these small bets and expect to take the pot down. 4)check the river and call a small bet. Fold to anything else Conclusio: Don`t play these marginal hands, because in a 5$ nobody will fold any piece of the flop and you never know, if you are against a monster or bluffed out by bottom pair. If you have strong hand, bet more. They call you anyway. So charge them for drawing. Gl with your next SNG`s |

Re: $5.5 SNG KJs MP
Thanks for the advice so far. It seems like the most agreeable mistake is playing this from MP with no reads. I am usually pretty good about sticking to tighter starting requirements, but just decided to play this one.
