Pokerstars- "Your Cashout- Cancelled"

Just got this email from stars this morning

Hello X,

I have cancelled your most recent cashout for $X as a majority of
this amount was transferred from a player that deposited the funds into
there account just to transfer to yours.

Unfortunately we do not allow cashouts that stem from transfers and
deposits. You are free to cashout any extra winnings from our tables, but
the transferred funds are either to be played with on our tables or
transferred back to the original account.

Is pokerstars saying that they aren't gonna let you cashout money that got transferred to you??? at all?? I wrote back a quick email stating that pokerstars said we could cash out this money after playing- which i have been and I wasn't cashing out my entire account just about 1/3 of it. Whats the deal with this? Anybody with a pokerstars connection wanna look into this?

thats whats weird, I have been giving them cover play about 200 fpps worth which i know isn't much but its definitely something considering i wasn't even trying to cash out my full roll

PokerStars is not a bank. If I was their attorney, I would warn them to be VERY cautions about cashing out transfered money.

i thought stars was perfectly aware of what players were doing and there statement was just that you had to play with the money before cashing it out. it seems that the email i just received is stating that you can NEVER cashout transferred money???

You should know that PS pays a pretty steep %-fee everytime there's a deposit made at their site. They also pay a steep fee everytime there's a cashout. In your case probably a LOT more than your 200FPP:s represents thus the email. You have probably not covered anyway near FPP:s to cover their cost for 1/3 of your deposit/cashout.

You should be happy PS gave you and other US-customers a chance to get money out of Neteller. You seem to think they should also take a netloss for this service.

There has been numerous posts and threads about this already at this forum. People, please read the forums before you start a panic thread.
