Default 10Nl 6 Max.. value on nut straight

What is the most common line that people would take here? If you think that the 5 has probably helped one or both of your opponents, how does that change your bet? Merits of a PSB vs a shove, considering 10Nl villains rarely get away from 2 pr/straight type hands even when obviously beat? Would just like some thoughts on this one as I made a decision which worked very well, but probably makes me miss some value the majority of the time.
