Default Party NL100 - No reads, just sat down

Party Poker ($1 no limit). Hand converted by Check Raised hand converter

Preflop (4 players): Hero is BTN with
UTG calls ($1.00) [2.5:1].
HERO calls ($1.00) [3.5:1].
1 fold.
BB checks.

Flop (3.5 bets ($3.5) in pot, 3 players):

BB checks.
UTG checks.
HERO bets $2.00.
BB folds [2.75:1].
UTG calls ($2.00) [3.75:1].

Turn (7.5 bets ($7.5) in pot, 2 players):

UTG checks.
HERO bets $5.00.
UTG raises $15.00.
HERO calls ($10.00) [3.75:1].

River (37.5 bets ($37.5) in pot, 2 players):

UTG bets $20.00.
HERO calls ($20.00) [3.88:1].

Did I play this one weakly? Should I have re-raised on the turn? Fold on the river bet? What would you do?

bet more on the flop, and turn.

I like just calling the river though. Its tough to know if your ahead or behind a bigger flush here.

Nice graphics.

I'd raise pf. (Maybe a bit bigger bets on the flop and turn, but that is of marginal importance.) Besides that I would play it exactly the same.

Nah, you played it fine. I don't know why anyone would tell you to bet the turn more...and I certainly hate raising an 8 high flush. Either he's raising you with air, or has you smoked, c/c down is the best option here. Although I've seen turned sets make this raise too.

You bet more on the turn to so if the naked A or K of spades calls they're making a mistake

I agree with this, however, the only bet that lays villain the incorrect odds would be an over bet. Do we want to over bet here? Are we losing value? I don't mind him calling with an A or K of spades. I can get off my 8 high flush if a spade turns.

Uh... hero's bet denied pot odds... and I doubt he has much, if any, implied odds....

Pot the flop. Maybe a PFR would have been sexy as well. Rest of the hand is OK.
