Can i go into my wallet to call a bet at Foxwods? 1-2 n l

I've seen cash on the tables before, can i go into my wallet to call a bet larger than my chip stack on the table?
Say, a player has $200 and goes all-in preflop, and i get "AA" and I only have $100 on the table, but, i have a $100 bill in my pocket.
Can i call his total bet?
Can i get up and go to the atm?....I'm guessing no....
Can i send my girlfriend or friend to the atm?

If true i could keep $40 on the table and loose only that much and when i get a good hand take out cash from my pocket and bet or call raises. doesn't seem right.
