Decent draw facing all in on flop

Villain is 20/13/2.2 and is fairly solid. I've been betting a little light so his first raise doesn't really mean a great hand. When he shoves all in though I think he has at least two pair or possibly a very good draw of his own. Do I have the odds to call this?

Just fold the flop, and fold now. But never 3bet this ..

as i started typing i said call because he ahs an over pair,

then i read more and realized it wasnt a riased pot.
