washington state cashouts

how have any of you guys from the state of washington been cashing out money? since it is illegal, have you claimed it on your taxes, if so, as what? also, is there a limit to how much i should be cashing out at a time so bad things dont happen...... anyways, i know their not going after individual people, i just want to be careful about it
