No one to play with

I don't have too many places to play and not a lot of home games in Mississippi. Loking to get a game going online with some buddies back home in California privately without a bunch of yahoo's like on gambling sites. Is there sofeware that will alow me to do this. Also if anyone has advise on rounding up a game please let me know. I live in a college town with lots of money floating around and I like to part in a good consistant game.
