Default AK hits top pair on scary board

Villain is 31.5/6/0.9. Given his passiveness and the scary board, is this standard?

I call river as played. His flop check is really suspicious, smells like KK.

Okay, fair enough, frickin' Party. Board is scary because you let it get that way... why does he check the flop? To see if you called his pf raise w/ an ace. So check is fine (though I might bet $10). Your line influenced him to bet the turn, right? prehaps thinking you were also afraid of the ace or that your ace is weak. I'd raise a significant amount on the turn and at least charge him for the draw or to get it to showdown. 1/2 PSB on the turn, hmmmm? Your call makes the river tougher. He could very well be stealing. If you raise the turn, his river lead is more meaningful.
